The SEC has the better matchup, more intrigue and they’re sending in the B team.

They are trying to cover more B1G before next year. Fowler & Herbstreit are calling SEC games more this year for the same reason.

I never had a problem with Gary to the level of everyone else. He and Verne will always be SEC legends.

The Big Ten games are a snooze fest every weekend unless Michigan, Penn State, or Ohio State are playing each other. CBS college football won’t be the same without the SEC and they’ll realize that pretty soon with their drop in ratings.

I don’t care who carries our games as long as I get to watch them. Damn sure better than listening on the radio.

By negotiating a large media deal? Sankey has made/ continues to make a lot of mistakes. Acting like the ESPN deal was not a good decision is silly. And if you want to be a silly goose, you’ll have to go back to the pond!

There are a lot worse B team announcers out there than Tom McCarthy. He does NFL games every week for CBS, he's the Phillies play by play man during baseball season, and he was the #2 SEC on CBS guy last year.
