Back when we first agreed to let the SEC join us, I remember yall’s kickoff team would get amped to start game with this song blaring over loudspeakers. It looked awesome and intimidating on tv. Whose bad idea was it to stop using this and why?

I liked LSU playing it before kickoff but the song itself is extremely trashy.

I don't think you are misremembering. I remember the song being played numerous times last year just as the OP describes. It is also played at basketball games before tipoff.

I was thinking yall still might be using it and maybe PC tv just avoiding showing it due to the words. Regardless I loved it and miss seeing it. Always wanted to return one 107 yds right after it too but hasn’t happened yet

Song is really, really trashy. If I were an LSU fan, I would be against that song being played in Tiger Stadium. Just an incredibly cringey song.

LSU fans are the personification of trash. They tumped a port-o-let over while I was in it back in 99 when we spanked Jerry Dinardo 41-7. I still have abram booty’s glove as a war trophy. Cigars!!!!!

I'm an LSU grad from Louisiana, and I hate this song. There is absolutely no musical talent that goes into it. And given Tiger Stadium's horrible sound system, the insistence on cranking the volume to the point past audio distortion is even more annoying.
