Sure buddy, just like you never were pushing Georgia basketball as a contender before disappearing when it went in the toilet.

As much ad Diddy and I went back in forth in a few basketball threads...He and I were discussing the reasons Arkansas should have been seeded higher than UGA (which in fact turned out true as Arkansas made a S16 run), but I dont recall him ever tooting a horn about them being a superb basketball team. Simply, that they had done enough, in his opinion, to warrant a higher seed than some others. Obviously, and correctly, I disagreed.
Now, I cannot really defend what you stated in this thread about UGA baseball...They have been hot for most of the season and have put up some great offensive numbers. They also have a good coach.

Of course, you won’t post any. Last time you tried that it severely backfired and everyone laughed at you.
Go ahead though, post where I unironically said UGA was a contender in basketball.

That’s what MulkeyMetryMaulerMan will never understand. I will start threads when we beat someone or accomplish something, or debate about résumés and whatnot, but I almost never make predictions or just start a thread about how good UGA is.
Sports are fickle and you never truly know what will happen. You can make your best guess, but guaranteeing something is just dumb. The closest thing I’ve made to a prediction was in this thread when I said that on paper, there’s no reason to think UGA won’t have a good baseball team this year.
You could say the same thing about A&M going into the year, but look how they turned out. I’m never gonna start a thread claiming we are gonna win the SEC or anything, but I will debate with people who make their arguments based on flawed logic, such as “UGA will suck because they lost Condon”. Maybe UGA will suck, but the argument is poorly constructed and uninformed.
