Right now Alabama has a higher ranked class than any Auburn class in final ranking history.
They are #2.
They said he was Husky Harsin and could not recruit.

Hes still riding Saban's coat tails. Dude has to produce results like Saban to keep it up.

This thread is dumb. There's not enough data yet on if DeBoer can sustain recruiting at this level. He has to prove it on the field. If Bama continues to win big then the recruiting will still be highly ranked, if they drop a notch then so will recruiting.

Alabama is still reaping the benefits of their success from 2009-2017 and their moderate success from 2018-present. That doesn’t go away in one season. DeBoer will eventually trail off, probably by his 3rd season if he’s not fired yet, Saban was basically Bama. Bama fans don’t want to admit it because their brains cannot fathom a world where Bama isn’t the center of the SEC, but it’s already happened. No championship in 6 years.
Haven’t seen enough of Harsin because Saban got whatever he wanted, but we’ll have a better idea once the playing field gets more level after DeBoer’s been there for a season or two.

ALABAMA will always recruit itself. It was shortsighted and foolish for barners to get all excited about our recruiting demise. Coach DeBoer is in a different world now and he's embracing expectations like he was born to it. BAMA knows they have a great gameday coach, the rest is coming fast.
