Odom has also been mentioned at LSU quite a bit if Freeman isn't hired.

Would be a surprising move because Odom and Pittman are very close.

IF Odom wants to be a P5 head coach he’d be foolish not to take the UT job. Out of state programs PRIZE Texas coaches because of the talent density of the state. Other programs will take an equal to less than coaching prospect at the hope their recruiting connections will bleed into the new program.

Texas scares me a little but I think he will stay with Pittman another year.
LSU doesnt scare me at all. He turned them down last year before they went after Bo. He received a pay increase right after LSU tried to hire him and he said no thanks.

Sark is choosing good targets, but I doubt he gets Odom. I don’t know how Muschamp isn’t already in Austin. No one wants him as a head coach right now. The only better DC jobs would be in the SEC, but I’m not sure he’s getting any of those either.

Muschamp is waiting to see if the Arkansas job comes open. He will have some tough competition if it does.
