re: OK everyone who wants Mullen fired, what then? Who do we hire?

Great leadership leads to great talent wanting to come play for you. I think it's clear that having top recruits is important, but so is great coaching. Neither one, by themselves, will win championships.
Mullen seems to think great coaching/scheme can do it all.
