If it weren't for the minimum 150 dropbacks JT Daniels would have an ungodly adjusted completion percentage

No Collin Hill. List is shite.

So basically Fields is a god until you pressure him, and then he turns into a pumpkin. Not surprising since he's from Georgia.

Hopefully this helps dispel the myth that Trask can’t handle pressure. It is and has always been the complete opposite. Don’t confuse him for Feleipe Franks.

Surprised Trask is this high considering our play action game should scare absolutely no one. “Oh noz Florida is running the ball” lol who cares.

The truth. Both great QBs aided greatly by cheat codes named Kyle Pitts and DeVonta Smith.

Kinda throws a lot of the myths about "Trask can't handle pressure" out the window.

There is no relationship between establishing a successful run game and effective play action passing. That's a myth of conventional wisdom.

This is interesting. I’ve been told by multiple Gator fans that Trask is running for his life every play and Mac is sitting back in a Lazy Boy with all day to throw.
ETA: I knew from what I’ve seen with my own eyes that Mac is great under pressure. He’s like a Zen master. Rarely gets rattled.

Fields is basically what everyone said Tua was a few years ago. Every throw is first read, RPO.
The pressure numbers and deep throw numbers play that out.

This quote in the comments: “As to "why?" - Could it be as simple as LBs and SSs simply cannot help themselves?”
Against Florida, LBs and safeties should try to help themselves and ignore play-action. For two years now, we have been unable to run the ball consistently and are 19-3 in that span because passing.

Wonder who has the best sec championship game?
And wins the Herman, I mean Hiesman Trophy.

I think we can all agree on one thing here - Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields and Ian Book do not deserve to be in this conversation with the other 2 in the QB portion of the Heisman conversation.
Lawrence and Book aren't even close, and Fields performance under pressure being that much worse than Trask/Jones (while being equals with no pressure) should remove them from the discussion. End of story.

GOAT. I'm guessing that interception didn't count against him.

"Stop the run, win the game" is something that any kid who plays defense grows up hearing from every coach they play for. By the time they make it to college, where QBs can consistently shred you with play action, it's muscle memory for most of them.
