Any comment from the administration?

Yes, in the post you’re replying to it literally says:
quote:

Alabama athletics director Greg Byrne said in a statement released on Wednesday

But I guess you already knew that and are just trying to keep this thread bumped?

I wouldn’t call that a comment. He sidestepped the question.

Did he address the Danny Pearman comments?

All you frickers that ran your mouth about UGA and our stupid baseball player for making a racist comment and then saying we deserved to lose Fields because of it get in here and sniff your own shite - losers

The difference is, is that none of the other places where this has happened will lose a Heisman Top3 finisher at QB, that will likely be drafted in the Top5 of next year's draft barring injury, and the most hurtful part is that the transferring QB was likely the difference between a winning a crappy NY6 Bowl and winning a CFP Championship

Those other places are losing gymnasts and your school is losing a Heisman caliber, sure-fire 1st round NFL QB, a guy that could've put you over the top in your quest to break a 40 year Championship drought

Just curious, do you apply similar logic to Kap needing to assume responsibility for his actions?

Believe it or not, I’m not virulently anti-Kap. I’m just curious if you apply your standards equally, or only to those whose opinions you agree with.

That’s a pretty bad joke. That dude has some southern style racism

I’m not a cancel culture guy. If you give someone a sincere apology that should be enough. For both people

But I’m assuming this guy isn’t very aware and is a good ole boy. I laugh at a lot of shite and a, pretty sarcastic but that really isn’t funny

Fields didn’t leave because of racism. Give me a break. What happened there was absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe the baseball player got kicked off because of that

He left because he was going to be second string and he used it as an excuse to get a waiver. No fricking way he left because of that

We all know why he left

The joke is on UGA because someone in your own Athl Dept made it real easy for him, if a drunk booster or a drunk frat guy does the same thing maybe he doesn't leave facing a 1 yr sit out period, maybe he comes back to compete against Fromm in 2019, saves the day vs south carolina, keeps the starting QB Job and leads UGA to the CFP and you win the whole damn thing

In summary, he becomes UGA's version of Tua, we'll never know, because an idiot fellow Athlete made it easy for him

Once you give people loopholes, if they are smart they use that loophole to their advantage, can't get mad at a guy for maximizing the cards(loopholes) that life dealt him

No you are the one who is wrong. Drew Brees expressed Drew Brees opinion which is he respects the sacrifices made by others so he has this glorious and wonderful life and career which he doesn't take for granted. And he likely feels a connection to the average fan and paying customer who maybe has sacrificed. And is humble enough to acknowledge there are bigger things in life than playing a kid's game well.

Sorry some people don't get where he is coming from since they are infected with the whole take it for granted, entitled theme like all this just sprang up in a vacuum. A smidge of rationale for the white kids protesting is because they were brought up entitled and without a sense of how all this came to be. And, because of certain factors such as the 8 year Obama economic stagnation and others they hit a wall when they finished their useless degrees in art history.

the definition of grave regarding death and burial has a different etymological root than the definition of grave that she used, which is synonymous with heavy or serious.

For example, when someone says they were in "grave danger" they aren't saying they are in a level of danger that could put them in a grave. they are saying they are in serious danger.

Ditto. The tell-tale sign of that girl's personality showed when she mentioned what the other A-A girls on the team said to her.

“One of the black gymnasts was asking me, ‘Why do you even want to be on the team anymore? We’ve already moved forward, and if you came into the gym it would be a distraction,’” Kiaku said. “I felt like they didn’t want me on the team anymore.”

If I were on a college campus these days I would be afraid to say anything. This race thing has killed the career of many people. One of the early ones was Jimmy the Greek. Do people remember him?

The Denver coach and Drew Brees being forced to grovel and apologize profusely, for what, I am not sure.

This country has gone crazy. George Orwell, how did you know all this kind of crap was coming down the pike?? I should have read your book a little closer. I think I may buy that book, if I can find it.

If this is true he’d be against the anthem being played at NFL games as a marketing gimmick.

You are correct about that,

when the NFL hosts those special Military tributes, they would charge the US Military and have them take the money from their Marketing Budgets to pay for it, the NFL cut them no break either, treated them just like a Fortune 500 Company

Over the years, the NFL has made tens of millions, maybe more by doing this, pimping and profiteering off of our Troops

Kaep takes a knee, we get outrage

The NFL fleeces the taxpayers for millions while pretending to honor our Troops, we get silence

If only the gullible knew they were gullible
