UF clearly owned us from -1990-2009..
but that’s only 2 decades

UGA hold the leads since 2010. 5-4 and 2 in a row.

Since 1930 when the series started being played annually... the pattern is 20 years of domination...

UGA- 30/40s (15-3-1) didn’t play in 43
UF- 50/60s (12-7-1)
UGA- 70/80s (15-5)
UF- 90/00’s (17-3)

Guess what 20 year cycle we are in... and UGA has also won a national championship in both periods they have held the edge 1942 & 1980.

Buckle up Gators it’s gonna be a LONG 11 more years!!

Except spurrier did it while owning you guys. Kirby is only 2-1 versus Florida, hardly dominant.

So far.....

Just watch out. We will make sure to kick the sand in your face

You won't have that opportunity. Kirby owns Mullen.

So enjoy the couple of wins in a row versus a lame duck coach and a team that finished ranked ahead of you.

Mullen is already a lame duck. You just don't know it yet.

Mullen isn't worried about Kirby.

That's obviously untrue. Mullen is scared AF. He's actually a lot like Richt in that he knows he doesn't have what it takes to win straight up, so he feels the need to manufacture "juice". Kinda sad actually.

Keep on riding UT's nuts for accomplishing something your team couldn't. Moral victories are UF's thing now.

I would say I would feel bad when Georgia fans realize they have Mark Richt 2.0, but nawwwww.

Mullen is more like Richt in reality. Specifically, the last 10 years of Richt. Highly average record. Lived off of getting close but no cigar. Couldn't recruit with the best of the best, so took chances on questionable guys. Always had roster management issues leading to never playing a season with the full 85. Tries to create fake juice with Ill conceived stunts.

Yep, Mullen checks all the Richt boxes.

I think you are reacting a lot to being “trolled”. Most of these posters on here were just a spot in their dads pants in the 80’s.. Only knowing of the 90’s, and the ups and downs of the recent years. So don’t take what they have to say as the gospel!
UF could be without every starting player this year, and I (personally) would be nervous going into the game in Jville. If anyone tells you different they are idiots, that’s how this series has been. As a Gator fan you have to admit that this offseason has been a bit odd, we are in the “circle of trust”, you can admit it. And Mullen is not doing anything to help his cause by running his mouth and wearing Jordan’s?

I’ll admit this off-season was a bit odd. But I think we will see a lot of it with the transfer portal now. Plus Mullen did admit he went after guys that he knew may not make it in academically. He can’t help it that a kid is home sick or that a kid is weird. Just is what it is. Yes odd, but probably a one-off.

Last three decades won't be a factor in 2019. UGA fans are trolling UF, but I guarantee during that two week run-up to the game, UGA coaches will take Florida very seriously.

A huge difference in Richt and Kirby recruiting as far as defense and O linemen are concerned. Richt recruited skill players with the best of them but for those two areas aforementioned, that kept him from being super successful, imo.

A guy like Richt probably should have stayed as an O coordinator in college ball. Head coach job was beyond him, imo.
