The Braves won! Luke didn't blow the lead and the team took the series and got a bigger lead in the div. Plus they announced Dallas is pitching Friday!

Huge homestand at 8-2! Now it’s time to bring the pain to DC!

Phils lost both games today. Braves now lead the division by 4

not sure why Luke is so damned insistent on throwing the slider. You are up by 5 or so runs in the 9th, throw the fricking fastball. It looked like Flowers was getting pissed behind the plate as Luke kept shaking him off. Finally threw the heater and struck the last guy out.

Luke is very insistent on blowing his elbow out as soon as he can.

can't blow saves and get DFA'd over and over if you are on the IL for a year after TJS

amen.
it pisses me off slightly when I see people on twitter showing screenshots of their ballots where they voted Ender instead of writing in Riley.
STOP voting Ender folks. Use the write-in!

Yep
ETA: Although it seems virtually impossible to get a write-in into the top 9 outfielders for the run-off. If a player isn't listed for people to see they don't really have a chance. Will be interesting to see how many write-in votes Riley can get though.

i understand...it still pisses me off though.
In general, I hate that they limit the voting to one player per position per team. It's never made any sense and is why a lot of the time you end up with guys "starting" who missed most of the season due to injury or have sucked arse.

Riley at least needs to be in the HR derby

Phillies lost again. Lost 4 in a row and are 2-8 in the last 10. Braves lead the division by 4.5.

Their next 10 games before seeing the braves are home 3 against Miami, 4 against the Mets then 3 Miami on the road. Then they’ll be back in Atlanta for three.
We got nats cubs Mets. Hopefully we can at least maintain pace on the road and get the Phillies back 4.5 games up or better.
Looking forward to cubs series. Good measuring stick.

Braves moneyline tonight is +126. Seems like a sucker bet. I’m all in so I guess I’m a sucker.

frickin' finally. Going to first Braves game of the year tomorrow or Sunday. Hoping they still do the $5 tickets.

As much as we've been understandably talking about the Phillies we really need to keep the Nats in check. They've won 17 of their last 24 and after us they have 6 games with the Marlins, 3 with the Tigers, and 3 with the Royals.
