Year 1 looks like a good bet, as well as year 2.

We need a guy that can recruit Missouri, specifically St Louis. Noone better for that job.

We passed over Frank. He was upset, but he'll get a chance to move up the ladder soon enough.

Martin was not on pace to be better than Bruce Pearl

Pearl was fading, 19-15 in his last year.
