St Louis is the largest SEC media market not in Texas, Georgia, or Florida.
I doubt that many thugs in St Louis have cable.

Which doesn't mean anything if those big markets aren't tuning in for Saturday football.
Looking at 2013 for a best case scenario for Mizzou ratings, they still finished basically middle of the pack in the SEC behind smaller markets in Alabama (who split viewership between two teams) and Louisiana.
2013 regular season viewership:
Teams/average viewers/avg rating
1. Alabama/6,465,000/3.9
2. Texas A&M/5,263,900/3.3
3. Auburn/5,216,500/3.2
4. Georgia/4,832,300/3.0
5. LSU/4,531,818/2.7
6. Missouri/3,991,500/2.4
I haven't seen the 2016 regular season ratings, but I'd bet Mizzou isn't in the top half of the conference... large markets or not.
