You are obviously not in your 20s or you wouldn't think sending a tweet to a stranger was so weird. If I had to guess, in your early to mid 30s.
Holy fricking shite. I'm 27 and tweeting at a teenager is probably one of the weirdest things I could imagine doing.
Tweeting to a random stranger in on the internet, not weird. We talk to anonymous people every day on here.
Tweeting a 17 year old why he should "commit to the G" is some psycho shite. Stop doing it.

Clearly reading isn't one of your strong suits. I have never tweeted anyone because I don't have an account.
I am however around these kids regularly and I'm just telling you guys that you may think it's weird, but they do not.
I'm done beating a dead horse. Carry on.

I mean, I don't think you should ever tweet at a recruit, but if you're going to do it, at least don't be an arse. The absolute worst are those 55 year old men with 20 followers cursing out a 17 year old for not picking their school.
Again, nobody should tweet at them, but it's not the end of the world sending them a "Go Dawgs" or an edit of them on UGA gear.

Zing. You're encouraging people to do it so that's almost as bad. I stand by my post.
It's fricking weird. End of story.
Tomorrow we have Ole Miss in Oxford. Will be a tough game and if we can pull it out will be a very solid conference win. Playing in Oxford has never been easy for us.

I never encouraged any one to do anything. Go back and try to read again... nevermind. We already established you aren't good at that.
TLDR: In the social media age kids do not see random people tweeting/retweeting/following them as weird. I think twitter is weird in general, which is why I don't have an account. Kids that use twitter regularly like to be tweeted at and followed.
There is a synopsis of what I have said in this thread.
Oh, I also said IT Dawg is a pedophile because he cheers for kids on Saturdays.

Even more concerning....

Yup, big game tomorrow. Ole Miss will be a bubble team this year and this is a good gauge of where we stand.
It is on the road, and you're right, we don't play well there historically.
Would be nice if we went into Florida game with only 1 SEC loss

Anybody have a scouting report?

Burnett is decent handling the ball and can shoot very well.
Saiz is their Senior big man that will be responsible for shutting down Maten. If Saiz or Maten get in foul trouble, other team will win.
Should be a close game. They just beat Auburn on the road. They are favored by 1 at home.
Again, ole Miss is a bubble-type team this year and this win would be a big boost towards a tourney chance

Very similar to us then. Hopefully Juwan Parker and Pape Diatta can continue to step up.
I was looking at stats today and our most efficient scorer is Derek Ogbeide scoring on 61% of all of his shots. Idk what he is at the line but we need to get the ball into his hands a couple of times more per game. I know a lot of his shots have been dunks but he has a decent little hook shot.
We force the Ball to Maten sometimes and that's why we had so many turnovers against USC jr.

Totally disagree tbh. Ogbeide scores on put backs and dunks like Dwight Howard and deandre jordan. He really doesn't need the ball in his hands and shouldn't get it. Force it to Yante, that's all we have, and it works. He's a ridiculous scorer and an amazing passer from the post. Let him draw doubles all night.
You are right though, we need to make safe entry passes. Lot of turnovers from sloppy post entries.

I agree that he's not a guy that we should be funneling the ball to, but he has been reliable. It's been refreshing having another big guy who has decent hands and good awareness around the basket. He's not a guy that's going to create like Yante does, but when Maten draws a double, Ogbeide is a good option to dish to.

Completely agree. No one should ever feed the ball to those two guys, and we shouldn't feed it to Ogbeide either. Especially with the lack of spacing we have with no shooters. That has disaster written all over it.

IDK about "not feeding" Big O. The guy is physically imposing. Can he shoot? No. Can he over power and get to the basket at will vs a defender? Yes. His game is night and day compared to last year and he's getting better every game.

I have not seen him do this effectively at all. Maybe I'm wrong though.

I'm not saying let's run 50 percent of our possessions through him in the post. All I'm saying is get him on the block once or twice more per game. Heck, if they did it three times I wouldn't get tore up but no more than three times.

I'm glad we don't wear the style of nike jersey that looks like a youth small tank top.
