Read the damn article. The RECEPTION was held at Bryant Denny, not that it is any of your business.
People on here want to act like they are so classy and good looking, when probably most of you are ugly as hell and got married(if not common law) at the courthouse.

for what it's worth, the zone has a reception type area. a lot of people rent it out for events & receptions. it sounds crazy getting married in a stadium, but it's actually not how it sounds.

Explain to me what is trashy about having a wedding reception in the very nice high donor areas of BD stadium? A reception is a party to celebrate the wedding. How is any of this trashy? Define trashy for me and how this fits your definition? It's not like they had the million dollar band playing at the wedding ceremony and her dress was houndstooth. Nothing at the wedding ceremony was Alabama football related other than the head coach and probably some of the assistants and other staff were there. I understand most of you non Bama fans dislike Saban but it is a huge leap to degrade this reception because it was held at the stadium.
Well just like Auburn fans bashed Bama fans for supporting Bama softball, but now the we are family shite related to softball is everywhere after they had one good season, they will bash this until one of their coaches son or daughter does the same thing then it will be the coolest thing ever with a Toomers rolling included to celebrate the festivities.

The best part about all of this, a thread about the wedding of our head football coaches daughter is about to be pushing 20+ pages and was started, of course, by an auburn fan.

In any event she doesn't fit today's standard, sadly. She actually has thighs, not sticks. Same thing with Sophia Loren and Gina Lolabridgada (sp?) as well as Jayne Mansfield. My husband says they should be the standard for sexy women.

Do you really expect the average fan from another school not giving Alabama fans hell about this? If this happened at JH stadium, Alabama fans would be doing the exact same thing. It's all in good fun and helps the day pass faster.

Ok, I should have said that getting hitched at the court house then having your reception at the VFW while they are having a Boston Butt sale is still classier than having a reception at a football stadium...but I'm from South Alabama so my views might not fit the mainstream.

Some probably would but I can assure you I would not be calling any girl a slut or trashy unless they had their reception at a strip club or crack house. JH stadium doesn't have very nice areas to host these types of events, but if someone wants to have a wedding "reception" inside the stadium there is not one thing "trashy" about it.
