Yes, it was. It wasn't "8 inches" off the plate, of that any reasonable person will agree.

No, it wasn't. You really need to watch it again.

You just admitted that it was a ball, which means you just admitted that it should have been called a walk. We agree.

You realize you're just showing your ignorance of the sport right now, right?

I normally don't give a flying frick about baseball, but I cared today.
Thanks for the role you played in that LSU, you guys have a squad over there for sure.

Here's to hoping for two more good games.

Here is what I love: the players decided it on the field.

No. The players on the field threw a ball. But it was called a strike. The players on the field threw the man out at third. But he was called safe.

It's no conspiracy. It's just baseball. It happens. They were close calls.

He misplayed a situation he should have never been in. Simple as that.

Nottebrok somehow being late to cover did not help. Blaming the umpires in a game we had several chances to win and made some costly mistakes in the field is a weak cop out, there's still two games left and I think we can win both

Make up call for the pitch before that was a strike.

You're, literally, the only person saying it was that far outside and you do nothing but troll. So I don't need to watch anything again.

Well, y'all should have scored more runs and this wouldn't be a problem.

The fact you have to frame it means it wasn't a strike.

There is always a chance to win if its not over. Baseball is not timed.

Don't get upset, broski. It's just a game.

Uh, no. You're acting like inconsistent umps don't ever make that call when the exact opposite is true. Inconsistent umps tend to expand the strike zone in situations like that.

I'm not the one who's in a thread whining about the ump after my team lost, so I'm fine.

ETA: I just said refs. I'm going to bed.

ETAA: Looking forward to more tears from the Aggies tomorrow!

I agree. Inconsistent umps do often make that call. It's still the wrong call.
