Just watched Bielema's interview on SECN.
"You don't hire a résumé, you hire a person"
Said he took the entire offensive staff to interview coaches

Love CBB in interviews. He does a great job. ... But dang it, I liked his beard; wish he would've kept it.

Ooooh!! That would be great!! ... It could be one of those private boards that people have to be approved to join & only members can see ... and we'd be the admins & decide who gets on & who doesn't!!! - Sorry, Stonehog. ... But great idea!! Maybe I'll email Chicken.

Nice article...
Arkansas’ Bielema plus Enos is a match made in offensive heaven

This makes me feel a lot better.

But as it pertains to Arkansas’ roster, it’s already tailor made for Enos to step right in and implement Bielema’s scheme.
Did you catch that?
Enos, for all his accomplishments, will still have to cater to what Bielema likes. The only difference is, Enos likes those same things, as well.

This seems like a play right of the Hog’s playbook: “22 personnel” toss sweep to the boundary complete with pulling action from the center and lead from the play-side tackle and FB.

It's a good read, even has some strategery in it. Yes, strategery.

Wait, you mean the offensive linemen are supposed to attack the second level on a sweep? I thought they were supposed to get strung out and let the back get tackled behind the line.

Well, it depends really. On some plays their assignment could be to chop block someone, and if this doesn't go well, they are supposed to try to trip them regardless of whether or not their man could still make a play on the ball 20 yards down field.
It's very complex. Too complex for me. I feel like the coach on the waterboy when I try to analyze it all.

That's a great article, DC. I really love that Enos seems to do a great job with the QBs & that he's evidently pretty much in agreement with Bielema's style of offense. I'm optimistic that he's going to be a good fit for the program. ... Btw, ygm in just a little bit.

So I've watched a couple of Central Michigan games and one thing that has stood out to me is the under center passing game. With Chaney, when we passed under center, it was also always play action. So far from what I've seen of Enos is that he passes from under center a significant amount of the time but it is actual dropback and not play action. I feel like you don't see that in the college game much these days. It will be interesting to see how he fuses that with Bielema's preferred play action.
Also, their offensive line is terrible. He will probably enjoy scheming an offense with an OL that can actually perform at a reasonably high level.
