Legit question here :

Bama has awesome depth at the position and another 5 star kid coming in.

Will it be Coker and if so, do you expect to retain Bateman, Cornell and etc....

They basically rotate in an entire new team next year. And I'm sure they will be damn good.

Does it matter? They could line Henry up in the gun and run the wildcard all season and win 9-10 games.

They are both RS Freshman why would they leave even if Coke gets the start?

I'm done trying to predict who's gonna start where outside of the gimmes, but regardless of who it is, we'll be the team to beat in the SEC, as usual.

Coker will be given every opportunity to win the starting job. He'll be the favorite, again.

Bateman, Cornwell, Morris, and TF EE Blake Barnett will also compete. Morris and Bateman will be the two most likely to transfer.

Probably Coker

Realistically one of Morris, Bateman and Cornwell is likely to transfer at some point. I don't think any of them would prior to next season though.

Probably Coker, but should be very interesting battle.

Also, we do lose alot of players so we will have to hope our D carries us early. We do have alot of good young talent though over the long run.

QB: Coker
RB: Henry
WR1: Foster
WR2: Ridley
Slot: Black
LT: Robinson
LG: Jackson
C: Kelly
RG: Pierschbacher
RT: Hill
TE: Howard

Major contributors: WRs Sims/Stewart, RBs Drake/Tyren Jones/Scarbrough/Tenpenny

DE: Allen
NT: Robinson
DT/DE: Reed
DE: Pettway
SAM: Lee
MIKE: Ragland
WILL: Foster
JACK: Evans
SS: Hootie Jones
FS: Deionte Thompson
STAR: Geno Smith
CB1: Cyrus Jones
CB2: Eddie Jackson

Major contributors: Devall, Anderson, Tomlinson, Hand, Liner, Tim Williams, Josh Frazier, Maurice Smith

There will be a huge competition for Corner Back and FS next season. I expect Tony Brown and Marlon Humphrey to push Cyrus Jones and Eddie Jackson all the way to fall camp and into the season. I could see cyrus moving to star because of how loaded at CB we will be and letting Geno Smith play FS.

Deionte Thompson and Calvin Ridley are the only 2 freshman I see possibly starting. Unless Blake Barnett straight embarrasses Coker

I don't see how it's not Coker. He has been ready all year. He will be ready next year.
