I will be the first to admit that I have never spent an entire day at a hospital with kids.

If you think that every athletic department in the nation doesn't try to publicize it, when their players do things like this, you are beyond naive.

All of this.

Though I still think it's awesome whatever the motive.

It means a lot to those kids and if I were still a kid, with or without cancer, that would have made my year to get a visit like that.

Being dead serious here, do it. I don't know where you live, but St. Jude, Target house, and Ronald McDonald house always have stuff going on and need volunteers. Especially around the holidays.
