I've been in wedding parties where I never spoke to the person again after the wedding was over. I don't dislike the person. They just moved to a different state, and we lost touch.

My parents had one of those huge 1980s wedding parties and they haven't spoken to a single person (including some of their siblings) in over 20 years
This is one of the reasons my wedding party consisted of my dad (best man), my best friend, and my cousin. My wife's was also only 3 girls and we still invited all of our friends who were plenty happy to get free food and booze without any obligations or responsibilities. Big wedding parties are for show and you end up regretting/hating/forgetting half the people in them.
