Sports jewelry is a garish business. At least the rings look a little smaller on football players' hands. I've seen some Super Bowl winners wearing rings that would basically be brass knuckles on my hands but look almost dainty on theirs.

Eh. McCarron at least has actually accomplished something. Yeah, it's just college football, but anyone who rolls their eyes at that while spending their time on an internet message board revolving heavily around the topic needs to leap off their high horse. Webb basically capitalized on McCarron earning a prominent position on national TV, but, then, it's not like anyone expected her to break into the public consciousness solely on the strength of her regional beauty pageant credentials. Their celebrity is no more or less pseudo- than that of most "celebrities," and still a damned sight better than the reality TV sorts who haven't even accomplished anything, even something as minor in the grand scheme of things as college football titles.
