What's your point? So no one throws at Banks. Congrats. Our defensive scheme makes it so QBs tend to have to throw it in Milliner's direction - which is the whole point of the scheme. If you have an All-American CB you typically want him in position to make a play on the ball.

Because my point is that Banks is the better corner, in fact he does better with less opportunity. Not only people not throwing at him but he also doesn't have the linebacker core to work with that Bama does and the opposing QB isn't under as much pressure. Milliner missed more coverages than you think but will never carry the blame for them because as you said he isn't a true 1v1 corner. Banks simply doesn't miss coverages and has proved it against the best 1v1. Also we don't have to utilize him the way you utilize Milliner because frankly Slay isn't far behind them, he makes some great plays and also doesn't blow coverage. This is why Patterson AND Hunter only caught 4 total passes, and that was without a single sack on Bray.
