Just having spent time on other campuses, and seeing the presence of the greeks, I would have to go with Alabama and Ole Miss at the top.

OM, Georgia, bama, and auburn I feel like can all share the top. Hell, really every SEC school can claim a high frat level except for florida. Arky doesn't seem frat at all and neither does MSU. Vandy seems more preppy than fratty.
