Bengals fan, I say Cam. It would only lead to more dysfunction.

As in, my favorite team or a hypothetical team that I am the GM of?

I want an "entertainer and icon".

McElroy, there is a reason why he is listed as the top over-all QB and why he gets so much attention at the combine.

Leading my team as a...
Player? Cam
GM or Owner? McElroy

lead as in QB or the front office or coaching?

Cam he has the natural talent that can be coached, McElroy could be coached but just couldn't do it.

Depends. If I want a smart, game manager to lead a ground & pound, McElroy. If I want an 'entertainer and an icon' I go Cam. He'll sell tickets, but if I'm running a successful franchise, I likely won't need that. But if we're talking my own team, as a Colts fan, I don't want either.

It's funny as hell watching drunk people post.

Considering GM physical limitations if he can't make the throws you have to go with Cam. If Cam is a head case they will just both likely flop out of the NFL

Can option C be Willie Beamen?

I don't see a reason I should expect McElroy to be any good in the front office or coaching.
