I only hope whoever did it is caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This makes me sick to my stomach. I want jail time for the redneck who did this.

they were very old? They did have some root problems due to the lack of space due to the sidewalk, but that had been corrected for the most part when we renovated the sidewalks around the tree this past year.

Now Finebaum is fear mongering saying this could have poisoned the water system in Auburn.

I guess no one understands what a rivalry is. this is the most heated and hated rivalry in the nation but don't mess with our plant life or we might

I apologize for believing there's more important things going on in the world right now.

bullshite, you're getting called out and trying to deflect. This is a sports board, and this is a terrible thing for sports. You HAVE NO IDEA how anyone on this board cares or does not care about "more important issues." Admit you're a dumbass and move on.

Tough day at Auburn: Rocker gone, investigation in Thibodeaux, and now dead trees.

Somebody better go check on Pat Dye and make sure he's ok.

What worries me is that now some Auburn "fan" is going to do something stupid to the chimes, or one of the statues and this thing will continue in a vicious cycle. Although we have one of the most heated rivalries in sports, it has tended to not be ugly/violent for the most part.
