Jeremy Pruitt throws Phillip Fulmer under the bus in stunning $100 million lawsuit
quote:
On Thursday, Tennessee Vols athletics and the university as a whole has been rocked by a new lawsuit that has come in. According to insider Ross Dellenger, former Tennessee head football coach Jeremy Pruitt is suing the NCAA for $100 million in damages related to his firing by the Vols.
As part of his lawsuit, Pruitt has accused the NCAA of 'conspiring' with Tennessee over rules violations that led to him being sent out of town in Knoxville. In addition to that, he has accused former Tennessee Athletic Director and Vols legend Phillip Fulmer of knowing about players being illegally paid long before he got to campus. The accusations are quite eye-opening from the former UT football leader.
A key point of the suit: Jeremy Pruitt claims that Tennessee was illegally paying players before he arrived and that he reported the violations to then-AD Phillip Fulmer in 2017.
Fulmer told Pruitt that “he would handle it,” per the complaint.

The NCAA runs a basketball tournament and fights lawsuits nothing else.
Is there any other organization that gets sued more than the NCAA.
In the last 10 years I bet they have lost 90% of lawsuits.
The NCAA has zero chance to win in
Fort Payne Alabama. Any jury in Alabama will rule against the NCAA.
The NCAA took Fulmer as a secret witness now they are getting sued fir 100 million over him.
Eat it Vol fans.

Yeah, no one pays their players in today's college football.
Hope Jermmy gets all his money.

NCAA will lose. The fact they change the rules daily will hurt them.
The NCAA one day rules you can't pay players. The next day it is OK.
What a garbage organization.

This is what happens when you make fun of a man for not knowing his vegetables. It is how supervillains are formed.

Pruitt knew he was breaking the past and current rules ….. nil or not you can’t prepay for recruits. He knows it everyone else should know it …. Pay for play isn’t NIL. Which is why everyone from now on will have to report and prove all nil deals are legit . If not the ncaa will be punishing them .

Tennessee deserves this. Fulmer deserves this for getting Alabama put on probation.
