2 watching from the couch

ACC - 10 Teams

UNC and Coastal as the 2 and 3 seeds for the 4th overall seed in Athens feels like some bullshite

Especially when wake is pulling Kentucky, Richmond, and High Point as the 13

It's wayyyyyyy too early.. no reason to get upset about it either way.

I can't imagine we get 6 National Seeds and 10 Regional Host.

That's ridiculous.

eta: I would not be happy to have DBU in our regional, but if we host, I guess one of DBU or TCU will be there. I would be quite happy to be on opposite sides of Georgia, Tennessee & LSU though.

We could get 8 teams in Omaha.. in theory.

It’s absolutely way too early for any of this to have relevance but Im moreso just nagging BA which always seems to half arse these things (at least compared to D1)

I don’t think the committee can run from the SEC this year, though. Top to bottom, the ACC has FSU and Clemson and then a bunch of 2 seeds (UNC, Louisville, Tech, etc). Big 12 is pretty shallow. Oregon and OSU will carry the Big Ten/Pac2 per usual. Top of the sport is pretty clearly just the SEC and the two ACC teams that really want to be in the SEC.

That's actually pretty funny as they will probably end up in the SEC at some point.. Clemson for sure.. FSU could go either way since they are AAU now, but I'm sure the fans would prefer the SEC.

FSU
Clemson
Miami
UNC

We would have a decent baseball conference.

If you figure out your pitching rotation, I think you’re probably right.

I don’t think Texas will get a national seed.

I have us finishing around 18-12 +/- 3 games.

Welcome to college baseball and the NCAA

*spolier alert*

By the end of the season, at least 1 deserving SEC team will be left out

By the end of the season, at least 1 undeserving ACC team will get in

By the end of the season 1 B1G school will host that does not deserve it and teams in the region will be on the BTN that you probably do not have in the South

Miami

They haven’t done shite in baseball since 2016. They got blasted by Stetson 11-2 last night. 1-5 in the ACC and 14-12 overall.

0 chance state is a 2 seed. Either an 3 or out imo.

Disagree. You have a pretty favorable schedule after this weekend.

2-1 South Carolina
1-2 @ Alabama
2-1 Florida
1-2 @ Auburn
2-1 vs Kentucky
2-1 vs Ole MIss
3-0 @ Missouri

15-15 in doable and a borderline #2 or #3.

BRUH... 15-15 means you are in the talks for hosting in the SEC. State goes 15-15 depending on the RPI, they are a lock for a 2 with outside shot at hosting.
