SECCG For Football Should Be Moved To New Orleans

Superdome is the best location in the SEC footprint.
New Orleans is within reasonable one day's driving distance of almost all SEC schools. Makes it unnecessary to buy expensive short notice plane tickets. Also the city has the USA's premier entertainment district just down the street.
Nothing against any of the other locations, except very tired of seeing Georgia have the championship as a home game, and Atlanta is near the eastern edge of the conference footprint.

After new Titan's stadium is built, Nashville will be in the mix.

You wouldn’t have to worry about a team having home field advantage in New Orleans. I agree with this idea.

So when LSU is in the SECCG, do we move it back to Atlanta on short notice? Because we all know aTm will never be there.

A little awkward when you realize that LSU has played in more SEC championship games over the past 25 years than Texas has in the Big 12.

No it won't. They will never leave Atlanta as long as they play the game. Put it in Sharpie.

What a dumb post. You ever been in the Superdome when LSU is playing? It's a home game for them.
Dummy.

Don’t forget Miss St. 11 of the 16 schools are closer to Atlanta than New Orleans. Plus every regional airport has direct flights to Atlanta.
