Came to say the same. The Hump seems like a great place to see a game.

Hubbard played out of his mind. Youngblood showed up for Bama tonight.

That was a war. Neither team was great, but they both made big shots and played their asses off.

What a league.

It was. Stressful as hell. Bama is going to get snakebit in the post-season if they can't hit those late free throws.

Start of a crazy stretch for Bama closing out the season with 10 of 11 Quad 1 opponents

Lots of credit to Hubbard. That guy was a beast tonight.

Youngblood 7/10 from three and Diabonte? with his seven offensive rebounds killed us.

We ended up with more missing pieces on the roster than I was hoping. Hubbard hasn't played like that since high school

I’m just glad to be competitive again. We still struggle in obvious areas, bad starts, poor ball control at clutch times, I saw this L coming a mile away. We are good, just not elite. A successful season will be winning 1 game in the NCAA tournament, which hasn’t happened in a very long time.

On a bright note for state, Hubbard finally showed out. Hoping this game was his slump buster.

It’s the exact kind of game State tends to play against Bama and Kentucky in the Hump recently. Competitive, entertaining, but just lacking the firepower to out score them or lacking one or two more defensive stops in key moments. Jans simply has not cracked the code on how to beat either of those teams yet.

My fear is a hangover with a well rested Mizzou coming to town early Saturday. Game is a sellout so maybe the crowd can help prevent a flat start. If the goal is to be a Top 4 seed in the NCAAT, you can’t have 0-2 week at home.
