I saw his name is on the list of potential candidates for the Cowboys job...per the norm.
If I were Kiffin I'd accept that job in a heartbeat if offered since college ball is essentially NFL lite now.

I dont see Kirby's name getting thrown around. Nobody wants a coach that chokes in the playoffs either.
Any SEC coach would be stupid to turn down an NFL job with SEC college football essentially being AAA minor league now. They are all licking their chops trying to find a way out.

The most important thing for the Cowboys head coach is to hire good assistants and undermine Jerry Jones. Being a good play caller is irrelevant, you have to hire one. Kiffin is suited for Ole Miss so long as they can keep their NIL funds up.

The only thing that will keep Kiffin at Ole Miss is his son going to high school in Oxford next year.

The Cowboys also have acquired a knack for loving QBs who choke under pressure. Romo and Dak are poster children for such.

I’m hearing from my guy at WBT Sportz that Old Miss could swing for the fences and try to lure a certain national championship winning coach out of retirement

he’s a national championship coach and has more wins than the guy who the thread is about. Come on man.
