I guess Tennessee didn't have a tough enough schedule either? What are you complaining about now?

Some teams are just not cut out for this playoff. It is showing, shithead. Any other breaking news you want to share with the class?

Could be.

So far in all the games that have matched up a team with a blue chip ratio above 50% against one below 50%, the team above 50% has handled the team below 50%.

ND was above 50%. Illinois below.
PSU was above 50%. SMU below.
And while the game's not over, OSU is above 50% and Tennessee is below.

The only game with both teams above 50% was Clemson/Texas. And it was also the most competitive game so far. And Texas does have more talent than Clemson.

There's a reason the blue chip ratio is a thing. When teams have relatively even coaching ability (which you'd assume would be true for playoff teams) talent tends to win out.

College teams are not built to win a game on the road in late December.

Did this suddenly become a board where talking shite about a team that beat your favorite team is discouraged?

You should really let everyone else know.

Your team lost to a very shitty Oklahoma team. BAMA fricking sucked this year and does not deserve to be in the playoffs. Get the frick over it.

Pretty nuts that Oregon went undefeated, beat Ohio St, and in a 12 team playoff ends up likely having to play the most talented team in the country in their first game while teams like Texas are playing Arizona St and Penn St is playing Boise. Laughably bad format.

4stinkers for the first round

Guaranteed 2 stinkers for the quarter finals
Decent-solid semifinal
Decent-solid National Championship
Trust the process lol

Have you ever watched the playoffs in high school or the NFL? The first round is not the better matchups. It is pretty much the same with the post season in every sport.

My prediction for stinkers in the next round:

ASU vs Texas (Texas wins big)
PSU vs Boise (PSU wins big).

Those are the remaining blue chip ratio games (below 50% against above 50%). I think the other two games will be relatively good.

After that I expect all the games will be solid.
