Popularity Trophies at this point and you can't even go off of his previous years stats either because he only had like 36 tackles in 2023!

A LB without 80 tackles plays behind a good line. He made all the plays he needed to and then some. What’s your beef here?

You do realize the top tacklers every year are typically on really bad defenses? Buffalo has the 2 top tacklers in the country.
They have the 100th ranked defense in the country.
Mississippi State has 2 of the top 6.
They are ranked 126th.

Attending that game in person was chef’s kiss. The entire stadium and Texas sideline was so incredibly shell shocked at the absolute arse kicking the UGA defense handed out that night. A true welcome to the SEC moment.

You SEC people are hilarious. For years the narrative is “No weeks off in the SEC” and “it means more” yet Texas comes in and beats the teams they should (unlike nearly every other team in this conference losing to a team we beat) and team SEC assumes that since we don’t play tenn, bama, sc, etc that if we played them we automatically lose those games.
