Which one are we wanting!
Personally I’m wanting Texas
One Screw their Fanbase and their Alabama lite mentality with less hardware. Two we obviously don’t do good with a mobile quarterback so Marcellus Reed worries me, also the last time we play Texas Ewers and Manning both looked like a deer in headlights our DLine manhandled their o-line . Granted this is a different Texas team then when we played of course , I’d just really like the opportunity to play them again

A&M because they’re not as good overall and we won’t surprise TX again. I don’t like playing the same team twice….especially if you win the first matchup. TX will have a chip on their shoulder too while A&M will just feel happy to be there.

I don’t see us winning a rematch with Texas. I’d rather beat 8&4.

I hate rematches to against a team we beat. On the flip, look at what happened when we played Auburn in the 2017 SECCG and they had destroyed us. We flipped the script on them.

I’d say the thing that keeps me not so scared of Texas is we beat them on the road where neither QB was that great. It’s not like we beat them in Athens with Carson throwing for 5 TDs. I can’t imagine not being able to hang with them in Atlanta. That said I still would rather try A&M on for size.

A&M. Texas needs some air let out of their balloon.

I can easily see Georgia beating any team in the country if we're healthy. Unfortunately this is one of those seasons where we seem to lose a contributor and/or starter every single week, so we won't be anywhere close to healthy next Saturday or Saturday after that.

I’d guess on a neutral site, we’d be favored by around 7 points over A&M where we’d be around a 2 or 3 point underdog to Texas.

Give me A&M please. But, if it is Texas again and we can pull off the slight upset, it would be fun owning Texas and for Sark to begin his “can’t beat Georgia” phase like how Kirby can’t beat Alabama

The really obnoxious thing about Texas is we could beat them for a second time in the SECCG, and they still will probably make the playoff where we might end up having to play them for a third time.

I can't decide who I'd rather play. QB Reed was scary good against LSU but that might have been a fluke. Ewers seems like a pussy that we could rattle easily but Texas seems to be the better team. I hope both teams play hard and beat each other up on Saturday evening.

I really hate all of this.

1. Playing the same team (potentially) 3 times;
2. Needing a damn simulator to figure out who TF is even in the SEC championship in the first place;
3. Not even wanting to go to the SEC championship at all since it could screw us if we lose;
4. Having to potentially play in some shitty northern stadium in December.

I just got an epiphany..

What if hypothetically Say we don’t win the SECCG

Since the committee obviously hates us so much and we would have three losses.. Do you think they’d throw Tennessee in there and have us as the 1st out?

If that happens Athens will burn and Sankey will begin the process of seceding the SEC from the NCAA.

Entirely possible under this new format that morons begged for, imo

Even if not, it’s entirely possible we’ll have to play Tennessee twice after having to play Texas twice to get there and then Texas again after that. (See Finley Street’s analysis)

We literally poured a bucket of tar on top of a flower, fellows. Most in here begged for this

Enjoy !

We tend to have a problem with mobile qbs. Texas hasn't been hitting on all cylinders offensively. I'd roll the dice on Texas again...

Texas. It’s gonna be fun skull fricking Ewers twice in one season…
