They shouldn’t review them all, but there should be the option for it. Take the ref mistakes out of the game.

ETA: they made targeting automatically reviewed because they were screwing it up so much it was affecting the outcome of games. Should be available for any blown call.

No the games are long enough. All that did was take away a TD that makes the loss look slightly more palatable. Terrible call official should be held responsible and fix the officiating in offseason. Making a bad judgement call is one think not knowing rules is a fireable offense. Losing down which we have seen before should be a fire able offense.

Absolutely. You have three time outs per half. You should be able to use them to challenge calls of the refs can’t get it right.

Referees have to hold a press conference and defend or own up to their calls publicly.

Refs were bad for both sides. I saw multiple missed holding and facemasks missed. They were pretty equally bad. Except for the one

Reading comprehension is not a thing in Texas, I guess. I didn’t say that every call should be reviewed—- just make it legal to have the option.

It wouldn’t have made a difference in this game. But it has happened to every team at some point and will again. Incompetent refs and calls will cost the mighty horns a game at some point.

This isn’t the answer! I do think the NCAA needs to be in charge of all officiating or at least contract it out to a 3rd party that has no conference allegiance. This needs to be done nation wide to bring transparency to the game.
