Y’all remember when Saban retired and his replacement beat LSU 42-13 in Tiger Stadium?

That was crazy.

Also crazy was his replacement getting his shite pushed in by Vanderbilt.

What was even crazier was that Bama would go on to be ranked #7 in the CFB playoff rankings later that same season and have -1000 odds of making the playoffs!

I remember and I also remember it was at night. And, it was at Baton Rouge where it smells like whiskey at night and coonasses come out to prowl and screech like swamp idiots.

It's where dreams come to die.

Remember when the Coach Potato beat LSU in red stick and we fired him. Beating lsu is not a very high metric

I haven’t watched football this year. I’m surprised to hear this.

The LSU fans had me convinced our new coach sucked and they
would beat us by 35.

I’m pissed

I remember the first time Saban faced LSU after leaving in Tuscaloosa and the last time he faced them in Tiger Stadium

Been to Tuscaloosa 4 times and I’m 4-0 (05, 07, 11, and 19). Might go next year and get one for the thumb.

Honestly, it’s a great road trip. AL fans are great. I remember a group of frat boys explaining to me at one of the bars what CTFD was.

Fond memories

Damn, I thought Stetson Bennett played a long time. Congrats!
