How is it that Georgia doesn't have adequate offensive talent?

How many Top ranked classes does Kirby have and he can't get a quarterback to throw to receivers, nor receivers to catch the ball when it does get to them?

Also, UGA didn't just lose Bowers and McConkey.
Transfer phenom Colbie Young from Miami with the NBA-like wingspan went and got himself kicked off the team after proving he was going to be a contributor in several early games. RaRa Thomas the transfer from State was a solid contributor last year and expected to play a major role this year, before he went and got himself suspended as well.
The TE transfer from Stanford has been a bust so far but I'll take the depth.
It's not a matter of Kirby not being able to recruit good pass catchers, he has and does. The room is a little depleted right now, and under-performing.
Kirby recruits good running backs too. But look who we've got now, just Etienne and true freshman Nate Frazier. The white guy Cash Jones, I don't even know if he's on scholarship. Branson Robinson and Roderick Robinson (yes we have two Robinsons as RB) are both injured and not likely to be back at full steam this season. We're in a bad spot there. But is that because Kirby doesn't/can't recruit good running backs? No, that's absurd. Sometimes shite happens.

When is the last time your team beat #1 in their place? Because our talent seemed adequate for that.

Beck should have gone last year as he was synced with Bowers, McConk, and JackSaint.
Currently Beck is getting blamed for wrs dropping balls and running bad routes....
A New qb would have forced everybody on the same page.

Dude no coach is going to field the best team at every position every year. Especially now with the portal. Saban was a recruiting machine and most of his teams had weaknesses somewhere.
