If you were a Head Coach, how would you rank these Jobs?
Auburn
Tennessee
Florida
INB4: All better than Ole Miss. Yeah yeah, that's not the question here. Curious on what the SECRant thinks.

Florida
Tenn
Aub
Mostly because the talent in Florida is insane and Aub has Bama in their state and that would be a huge PITA to deal with.

From most to least desirable.
TN - only major P5 school (sorry Vandy) in the state. A long history and top 10 program all time.
FL - fertile recruiting ground but have to compete against so many other programs, they also have a very short window when they were successful at a national level, and they have incredibly high expectations.
AU - they have to compete with Alabama, but they have shown that as long as a coach can win 50% of their games against Alabama they can have a long career there. Expectations aren’t as high as at Florida or Tennessee. But they will always be in Alabama’s shadow.

Tennessee then the others are tied. Florida and Auburn have a long way to go before they are the best team in their state let alone conference & country. At least with Tennessee it’s easy to own your own backyard.

The right coach can win at any of the three with a national championship as the ceiling. So to be completely frank, you're splitting hairs ranking them. But if the intention of this thread is to laugh at Florida's misery then God bless you, OP.

Ugh.
Tennessee would have you coming in with the best CURRENT situation, but it's rough to recruit there.
Florida SHOULD be recruiting like crazy, but that state sees a lot of its talent leave for greener pastures. It's been, what, 30 years since at least two programs were good at the same time there?
Auburn is Auburn.
I'd rank 'em, RIGHT NOW:
Tennessee (most for you to come in with)
Auburn (lowest expectations)
Florida (absolute dumpster fire, major rebuilding)

UF can be the best team in fl next season, bar is incredibly low right now.

Based on the current AD and NIL situations?
Tennessee tops the list.
Tennessee tops the list.

For the rest of the season or until UF hires a coach, you will see some Ole Miss fans throwing shade at the Gators because they are scared to death that they are losing their coach. I don't believe this will happen but that doesn't change this fact. The Rebels have a great team, and it looks like a great season but some of their fans won't enjoy it because they are worried about what Kiffin will do when he is offered the UF job.

Miami and UCF are better right now, FSU has a better path to a bounce back than UF. I think Florida is going to suck for awhile.

I'm not trolling at all. These 3 are 2nd tier jobs in the SEC behind Bama, UGA, Texas and LSU. Just seeing what the board thinks about the long term ranking of these Jobs.

Miami is paying for a formidable team right now. They will be tough to catch, short term. Small fan base and number of big money boosters, this will not last long.

Auburn would be last for me.
As for Tennessee vs Florida..
If I like Saltwater Fishing, Florida
If I like the Mountains, Tennessee
When you consider history, recruiting, fans, alumni, everything..
Those 2 are pretty equal imo.
