Been a while since I've been to an Alabama game and I need some help on parking Saturday. Trying not to spend and arm and a leg. Anyone have any ideas?

And give away my secret spot? Nah brah
Just kidding. Honestly if you park downtown there are a lot of spots that are either free or $20.

If you don't mind walking just a bit you can get free parking. If you park southwest of the stadium, near Queen City, you can park for free. That's what we usually do. It's about a mile walk, but it's flat.

Thanks!
Also, if you haven't been downtown recently it is a pleasant walk to the stadium/bars on the strip. Not too crowded and they have really spruced up the area downtown. There are plenty of places to sit down and watch football and eat without having to wait very long.

I dont mind. Last game in person I went to was the 2014 Iron Bowl and we had to park on the other side of Hwy 69 and walk University Blvd. That was a hike.

Park in downtown. Plenty of free spots and it's a quick escape after the game. If you're older, it is a bit of a hike but you can catch a shuttle or Uber.
I never park on campus for the simple fact that I waited nearly 2 hours just to get out of the parking lot the one time I did.

We got a parking pass this year due to our seat change and we can park near campus behind the fraternity houses and biology building. Is that going to be a traffic nightmare? We used to just park downtown and then take the interstate. But with being closer to campus we will take the Cottondale route. We may try out the campus parking this weekend but change it up if it's too much of a hassle

Park downtown on the street somewhere or in the Regions parking lot, walk over to the Intermodal place and catch a city bus that will take you to Calvary Baptist, just down the street from the stadium. The bus is about $2.00 to ride, I think, cheaper if you're a senior.
