There are types of medication that might help these jagged runs you get on.
Your brain may be running 100 MPH but your thoughts are stuck in neutral. Try to keep that in mind.

Cool, so NCAA can’t punish DURING the recruiting process. This is now AFTER the recruiting process. Loophole?

Learn to say it. Nico. NEEKO. It's not hard.

Read it slowly, whelp. Try to get those three braincells you have to rub together a bit.
Maybe it will make you less stupid. Doubtful, but it's worth a try.

Nowhere does it say the NCAA can’t regulate recruiting. Nowhere does it say the NCAA can’t penalize schools for breaking recruiting rules such as boosters providing impermissible benefits, free transportation for unofficial visits, and actively recruiting a player. All those where against the rules during Nico’s recruitment. They are the rules now. They will still be the rules after this case is settled regardless of how it plays out.
Some of you seem to think this lawsuit, which is limited in scope to NIL, will somehow wipe the entire NCAA rule book away.
Under current rules players are required to inform schools of NIL deals within 30 days of signing. So either Nico didn’t disclose everything to Tennessee, or Tennessee realized that Spyre had broken a laundry list of rules and hoped no one would find out. Per NCAA rules, either results in a suspension of the player. And if the latter, and it looks like the latter, probation and sanctions for the school.
You are right about one thing though. Someone is getting wrecked. But not who you seem to think.

Maybe not. But they sure as hell can punish schools if boosters are flying HS prospects across the country in private jets.
Vol fans can be some of the dumbest motherfrickers.
