Unless espn wants to sweeten the deal it will stay at 8 for now
Eventually it will go to 9 and the playoff will drive that

Please tell us who that is for Texas?

Texas has 3 that should be played each year imo..

1. Oklahoma
2. Texas A&M
3. Arkansas

How many of those get played isn’t up to me.. but they are in order, but you already knew that..

Not ebven sure how it’s a debate

Because you have more road conference games than home every other year?

Because you guarantee 8 teams an additional loss every year?

Because, in the history of college football, only 1 team has ever had 9 scheduled conference games and won a national championship?

There are plenty of reasons.

I seem to remember hearing that the new TV partner wasn’t going to pony up for the extra game.

I miss Godfathers. I think there may still be a few in Georgia?

The last one I actually ate at was in Kirksville, MO, or somewhere around there. It wasn't the same as it was back when they were still around the south (not the gas station version you see all over).

There's a place called Mater's that has a location in Gadsden and Ft. Payne that has pizzas that remind me of the old Godfather's.

12-game all-conference schedule. CCG is only for tiebreaker purposes. Keep the money in-house.

Unless other conferences face the same tough schedule the SEC does, we deserve at MINIMUM 4 teams in the playoffs.
