True. I’m not a committee member. No clue what they’re thinking but it just seems logical. People made the dumb argument tcu shouldn’t have made it last year and this seems less egregious than that would have been

It does not matter. We won the SEC, went 12-1, and are at least headed to a NY6 bowl. After the way we started the season it is a great season.
Again lsu would be excited to be our shoes right now. And for the record I think Daniel’s should win the Heisman.

Why would ESPN care? The ratings are going to be the same or better. Michigan is a blue blood with a villain story, FSU has a Cinderella story, Texas brings in the eyeballs, and Washington has the collapse of the PAC to sell.

If UA gets in and I doubt we will, my guess on the over for the number of threads created by sad lsu fans will be over 50 in just the first five minutes

I agree and feel sorry for any coach that has to come in and replace Saban. It will never be repeated what he has done and the majority of UA fans accept that so why not enjoy the ride as long as we can

Who is rejected? Rejection stems more from insecurity or feeling irrelevant because in this case the lsu program is not where their fans want it to be. So in a desperate attempt to want to be apart of the discussion in college football have the need to create threads that say look at me we want in.

There are a few but just as many saying we will not.
The committee can make the case either way but in the end the easiest will be leaving Alabama at 5. But no matter the choice people will disagree with their decision.

Year 3 of BK when he saved the program from total ruin, Saban is another year older and yet another season without a championship (making 6 years in a row), none of us are sad. We know the team’s weaknesses. Having Bama knocked out again and knowing we did it 2 years in a row is just extra.
