I think you've gotta go with South Carolina but nowadays Florida and Vandy have better teams than them.

South Carolina for sure - semi recent history and overall history. Florida 3rd and then you get into arguments about what matters more with State/Vandy for 4th, IMHO.

currently or all-time?
Currently, I'd rank the programs
1. LSU
2. Florida
3. Vandy
4. USC
5. State
6. Arkansas
7. Ole Miss
8. Tennessee
All-time, I'd probably put Vandy at 4 and have USC/UF as 2a and 2b

Don’t know the answer but Corbin’s 20 Omaha wins in just 5 appearances is ridiculous.

Natties matter, so I gotta put us behind them.
For now.
For now.

natties do matter but they are not a universal trump card either IMO. Like I don't think you can argue Ole Miss has a better program all-time than FSU. Florida IMO is aboive Vandy with how consistently elite they've been Vandy just has gotten a lot of bang for their buck in 4 appearances in Omaha. Florida has been, what, 8 times in the last 15 years with one title and 2 runner-up finishes. That's so, so good

State has to be in consideration. Twelve total CWS appearances. They’ve made it to Omaha at least once in every decade since the 70’s.
Nearly 40 NCAA tournament appearances, and have won 16 regionals.
Only making the finals twice, with only a single championship hurts their cause, but MSU has consistently been a top tier program in the conference for nearly 50 years.

Its Florida as 2nd best, but I would argue Miss State would be in the mix with Vandy and SC.
CWS Total
Miss State = 12
Florida = 13
Vandy = 5
SC = 4
SEC Tourn
Miss State = 7
Florida = 7
Vandy = 4
SC = 1
Season
Miss State = 12
Florida = 16
Vandy = 9
SC = 3

Vandy = 5
SC = 4
SEC Tourn

Wait, I was wrong.
Texas will be #2 when they join. Over FL and State.
