Jalen Hurts won multiple SECCGs for Bama. Including 2018 after being benched in Historic fashion.
Nick Saban hired a dedicated QB coach in Dan Enos in 2018 for Jalens development.
2018 was the year the NCAA added a 10th coach to the staff and Bama went out and got an QB coach independent from the OC specifically to help Jalen develop.

He is and always will be an Alabama legend for his play on the field and the amazing way he handled himself in a situation where most others would have sulked and/or quit.
