He was a grad transfer, yes.
Note the grad part. He got his degree from Alabama and still claims both Alabama and Oklahoma. You can probably imagine how terrible it was to have three future NFL starting QBs in the same room.
You're expecting a bunch of college dropouts to understand the idea of getting a post-graduate degree.

Expect Burrow to plummet in every category next month or so. We saw how bad he sucks on Monday without Chase.

He had little to do with that..

What this shows me is Mac Jones should be looking over his shoulder because he is in year 2 and clearly still struggling. Year 2 is typically where the QBs show you if they have it or not. Obviously there are exceptions to this, but it is generally the rule and Jones looks to not have it

Jones is in a bad spot. What BB has done to that team would be fireable to anyone else. Guy brings in a DC to be the dual oc with another nonoffensive guy? Brings in no offensive weapons and has his methed out son running the Def.
This is exactly how not to run a team or bring along a 2nd year qb.

Sophomore slump...new offense, new inexperienced coordinator and the organization did next to nothing to upgrade offensive talent in the off season while every other team in the division did.
Mac has struggled some, but he was also the best rookie QB last year by a mile and played in the Pro Bowl. He'll be fine. Really needs a legit WR1 to throw to though. He has nothing like the Brown/Smith or Waddle/Hill WR duos to throw to like Jalen and Tua have.
Last year everyone was attacking Jalen and Tua saying they weren't franchise QBs while Mac was universally praised. Now it's the exact opposite one season later lol.

I think Nick Saban is the only guy anywhere that could manage that situation. Really pleased, honestly, how well that has worked out for Hurts. He's a good dude, from what I can see outside looking in.

that the QB who transferred to oklahoma because he got benched?
Gumps still claim Kamara even after he ditched them for Tenn. That would be like AU claiming Bo Nix when he wins the Heisman

He could teach a PhD level course in how to be a class individual in a difficult situation.
Every Bama fan I know adores the guy.

Only one QB on this list leads America's team and is the face of the NFL though.

Gendo Cinco will top all of these lists soon.
