Beautiful morning on Lake Tuscaloosa. Just finished a 3.5 mile run and now chomping on some strawberries. Game time can’t get here soon enough. Let’s go!

So for Vandy we hit Baumhowers, it’s always pretty solid, they have cast iron wings they bake that are pretty dang good. Plus the Spencer’s Fries. It’s basically a fat day at that point.

I hit a run yesterday morning and it was a lot of incline that kicked my butt. I passed this morning I was feeling it. I’m not 21 in the Army anymore lol.

Initially planned to hit the gym this morning before lunch, but I looked at the game slate for today and that 2-5 PM window is freaking terrible. Going to stay home and watch the 11 AM games, then head to the gym around 2.
My kids have the homecoming dance tonight so the wife will be with them taking pictures and at dinner during the game. I'm going to celebrate my solitude with a T-bone for supper and chill with the puppies to watch us kick some arse.

I’m hoping Bryce gets some snaps this game in some capacity. Next week is a huge game. Can’t afford to be rusty early on. Don’t want a repeat of Tua’s first half against LSU in 2019.
