Yes, and the USC fans that say no are lying. That is an absolute embarrassment to an athletic program.

Should disqualify them and trigger a forfeit honestly.

I can't believe that the Univ. of South Carolina would allow this. If I was a resident of the state, especially an alumnus, I would be all over the administration about it!
This is pathetic!

Staley came out and spoke about this the other day. Before the Louisville game, they changed the cadence of pregame activities. She said her team was unaware of the anthem, and that it traditionally is played as the internal clock hits 0:00. Instead, on Friday, it was played when the clock hit 12:00. It was a disruption to their team game plan, but they were not told about it.

When they knew, all players and staff were out and standing on Sunday night.

Now, is she lying or telling the truth? Knowing how the press fricks up literally everything it touches, I'm inclined to disbelieve them more than I am to believe her.

As covered not an intentional slight, the team was out there on Sunday

Dawn was an Olympic flag bearer for crying out loud. Has coached team USA.

I think they get a pass. This isn’t the first time South Carolina kept their distance from the Union

Why is honoring all those who died to create and protect a country so free that we can make a big deal out of childrens game, can cuss the best and last hope for a non monarch or dictator rule, why is it so tough to understand?

Yet, some can turn quickly to violence over a joke in front of a bunch of jokers who play other people for money....

I'd care so much. All the players on my team need to be super patriots according to my personal standards or I could never enjoy a W. That's how miserable I am

I know this is political, but look at the C.K. event in the NFL a few years ago.

They can do it and I won't care one way or the other. I'd never even be aware of it if some y'all didn't get your panties twisted every time a kid decided to rebel at the school assembly.

Staley is your typical supporter of the erosion of morally normal behavior. What a terrible role model for young women. She's a drum pounder for BLM and loves the biden type people lifestyle. So brave.

It’s worth pointing out, again, that UConn and Stanford were not on the court for the anthem in their game either.

Why is it only an issue for South Carolina?

It wasn’t in protest, or they wouldn’t have come out for the championship game.

Either way, no. No I don’t. Winning forgives all. Shane Beamer could wipe his arse with the American flag if it meant even an SEC championship.
