Only coach in history to win a National Title and not have an overall winning record.
Even more shocking the only coach to win a national title and that team was his only team finished ranked in the ap top 25 in his career.

You misspelled "bought and paid for"

No, most coaches are not hired by Major Programs with a 5-19 record. Chizik wasn't a bad coach, he left UT before he was ready to be a HC to go to ISU and he changed his Offense when Gus left for ARk St.

You know my stats like some stalker of a super famous person.
You are like these freaks that get arrested stalking these beautiful actresses or playboy models.

Even more amazing is he doesn't have an overall losing record. He has a neutral record of 38-38
That's an amazing stat
That's an amazing stat

Perhaps a hot take: Chizik would have survived for a lot longer if he had not lost his marbles by adopting that antiquated pro-style offense in 2012.
None of the offensive players left over from 2010-2011 matched that offense. It was almost like he wanted to get fired.
Edit: I’m guessing the most reasonable explanation is Chizik overestimated Saban’s ability to adapt to the spread-option offense. He must have thought Saban was about to get it figured out.

Naw, auburn doesn’t deal well with a winning record. A little success and they ship the coach out and take to the air searching for a loser.

Incorrect. Scott Frost has a national title, but doesn't have an overall winning record.

And it really doesn't count as a national title
