I don’t think we are getting Coward. I’m guessing we are gonna take the money we would have paid him and give it to Philon to return.

Adding Philon and Griffin would give us the 13th best roster according to Torvik

Well right now we're outside the top 30 according to Torvik for next season.

Mac isn’t confident about Coward and Watts said Philon is still a possibility.

So this is my own conclusion based on what they have said

Was there any update from them on Bristow’s visit?

That's without Wrightsell and Mallette included. Put them on the roster and we move to #26. Add Philon too, and we're at #18. Add Coward too, and we're #15.

actually we are 26th right now. Because right now Torvik doesn't include Wrightsell and Mallette because technically their medical redshirts haven't been approved yet.

This roster is gonna end up being better than the Final 4 roster and probably the best shooting team we have had under Nate.

Coward’s efficiency numbers are kind of absurd, even given the smallish sample size and competition questions. 59/39/83 shooting numbers for his career.

But I’d also be fine with Rylan. He was good for us a sophomore, and we need some big wings.

O hope we go ahead and sign Rylan. From what I gather, Coward was a big NIL package, and Duke pays more than almost anyone else, so I’m not confident about him.

My guess he’s taking the money. Bet on taking the money.

He’s gonna be severely overpaid. I get Reid had a lot of potential out of high school but he is still pretty raw. Not very good at handling the basketball and not a very good shooter. His mom may have put him in a very bad situation.

Mac said he expects Rylan to be in crimson next year.

Also, Coward is visiting Duke today. I bet he commits on the spot.

We need to come up with a Strong arse Offer for Philon to get him out of the draft.

Why are some so high on getting Rylan back. Nearly every metric number went down this season from last, minutes, shooting, etc.

What are people expecting him to do to that he hasn't shown in 3 seasons. He did average 11 pts/game two years ago but 5 the year before and 6 the year after. The extra length on the perimeter can help but we have that already.

Depending on Wrightsell's health and the other guys we currently have, does he even start.

I know we're trying but we need a lead guard and more in the frontcourt.

We have unfortunate roster holes. Lead guards are expensive and this is a particularly inflationary NIL cycle. We don’t need a starter caliber PF/C but a rotational big. It is just hard to find people looking to move who also want to play rotational bench big type of minutes.

Because he was very very good when he was here in our offense that fit his game.

Took the Bag and went to a place and offense that didn’t fit him and he suckedZ

We will get Rylan, Philon, and Bristew for depth.

We will have a solid top 15 roster. London Jemison will be key tho. Need him to be good because we are thin at his position if he sucks
