No link, but someone posted about it on BOL.

Terrible news for a young guy who never reached his full potential in football.

Damn, what happened? Didn't he have some non-football related medical problems while he was at Bama?

No one knows yet. Guy on BOL started the thread 30 minutes ago.

I think the rumors were severe depression, but I might be mis-remembering.

Think he had mental health issues which makes you wonder about suicide. Hate to hear it.

Hate to hear that. I know he battled things while at Alabama.

Seemed to have all the tools to be a great OT. Just never stayed healthy.

Sad. Dude was really really good and then one day just wasn’t with the team anymore. Always wondered what happened.

Prayers for his family and RIP

Grant Hill was a wonderful teammate and friend. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends during this devastating time.

He used to hang out at my place in college through a mutual friend. Super nice guy. He studied psychology (or something similar) after retiring and wanted to work with athletes.

Sad news. RIP and prayers for him and his family

Echo really sad. Seemed like a great kid when he came to Bama.

Not sure if mental health related, but I know that mental health issues are extremely difficult to deal with for some otherwise strong and wonderful people.

Just heard from a friend of his here in Huntsville, that he was hiking with a family member in Colorado and fell off a cliff to his death. Tragic loss.
