Do we need a new snap count?

Seems like every time we go into a hostile environment we have several snap infractions or false starts and it is killing our drives. Is there a better way of snap communication between the center and the QB? Nobody goes under center anymore so I don't know how realistic that would be. I don't watch a ton of other games so I don't know if this is an issue anywhere else but the few I've seen it seems like it's only an issue with our team in these road environments.

"Hey, what can we do about (thing that isn't about the QB)?"

"Hurr durr, we need a new QB!"

What we need is a discilined team and that went out with NIL and the transfer portal.

Let's be honest. That went out WAY before NIL. I feel like our discipline issues started around 2017 or so. We seemed to have more personal foul penalties starting then and it hasn't gotten any better. I am so tired of our lack of discipline. Every time we go on the road it seems we set a new school record for penalties. Just tired of it.

Why is it just a Bama problem then? Why is Alabama 130th in the country in penalties?

The false starts are definitely drive killers but 5 yards shouldn’t be insurmountable. The dead ball fouls need to result in benchings though. Those are 100% avoidable and it’s a player making a conscious choice to put himself above the team.
