It’s for sure got the Heaven Hill profile. Feels,like it tries to walk a balance between the big caramel note from some old school ECBP and the spicier side of some of,the newer ECBP releases. Drinks slightly above the proof on the finish. A good example,of a modern bourbon that hits all the notes. ...
